Stella Vallik (b. 1996) is a Danish artist currently enrolled at Oslo National Academy of Arts in the MFA program Print and Drawing. In her works, Stella becomes a speaker for other species, letting animals and mythical creatures dominate the narrative, thus questioning the bias towards human superiority above other species. Inspired by science fiction and folklore, her altenative cosmologies makes the viewer reflect on our current world situation, affected by climate change, pollution and the sixth mass extinction event.
