As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made through our online store, in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act ("Angrerettloven") and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Use the form below to notify us that you withdraw from your purchase contract. You may also withdraw by contacting us in writing at post@galleriduer.no.
The withdrawal period starts from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the artwork. For orders picked up at the gallery, it starts from the first opening day after the order. Once we receive your notice, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by email.
Please note: custom-made items, such as frames ordered after purchase, are considered made-to-order and are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
