Sales Terms and Conditions

Galleri Duer (Duer AS org. no. 929 592 719) acts as an intermediary for artists in selling artworks unless otherwise specified. This means that Galleri Duer acts as the artist's agent, and the artist is the legal owner of the artwork until it is sold. Galleri Duer has been commissioned to sell the artwork on behalf of the artist, and it is the artist who determines the sale price.

In the case of a complaint or claim regarding an artwork, the artist is responsible for the sale, but Galleri Duer has an agreement to handle such complaints. We will make every effort to satisfy the customer. Please note that we cannot make any changes to the artworks, and they are sold "as is."

Sales of frames and other taxable items are sold on behalf of Galleri Duer.

Return Policy

As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made through our online store in accordance with the "Angrerettloven". For orders with shipping, the withdrawal period starts from the day the package is collected at the post office or delivered to your door. For orders to be picked up at the gallery, the withdrawal period starts from the first opening day after the order.

For In-Store Pickups If you have chosen to pick up your order at the gallery, it must be collected within 14 calendar days after the order is placed. After this time, we can no longer guarantee that the order can be fulfilled or that the artwork is available. In that case, the purchase will be refunded. After an additional 10 days, the order may be shipped, and a handling fee of NOK 500 for storage and postage will be added. Please contact us if you have difficulties picking up within the specified time or if you want the order to be shipped (at the regular rate). We will do our best to assist you. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.

Notifying the Right of Withdrawal If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing via email or in person.

Frames ordered after the purchase are not eligible for the right of withdrawal as they are considered made-to-order items.

Nevertheless, we are committed to making you satisfied and recommend that you contact us as soon as possible if there is anything we can assist you with.
